The Sites are operated by Java Application Development Co. ("we," "us," "our"). We are a specialist studio supplying dedicated software development teams — senior engineers (full-stack, backend, mobile, DevOps) embedded long-term in our clients' product teams as extensions of their in-house engineering capacity.

The Sites provide information about our services, editorial reviews of third-party vendors in the AI and software development space, and a contact form through which you can submit inquiries.

We do not provide an account-based product. The Sites do not require registration. There is no paid subscription or transactional commerce on the Sites themselves.

The "Best Java Application Development Co. Companies" and similar listicle pages on our Sites contain editorial opinions about third-party vendors. These reviews are:

Inclusion or omission of a vendor in our rankings does not imply that we have a business relationship with that vendor. Where we have an affiliate relationship, we disclose it in the relevant entry.

We update rankings periodically and reserve the right to change positions, add, or remove vendors at our sole discretion.

12 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRM DEVELOPMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions where the foregoing exclusion is not permitted, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Java Application Development Co. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Sites.

13 Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Sites will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules, conducted in English in San Francisco, California, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

You and Java Application Development Co. agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
